India's young batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal has registered a big achievement in his name by scoring a double century on the second day in the second Test match being played against England at the Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Vizag (Visakhapatnam). This is the first double century of his Test career. He completed his double century in 277 balls by hitting a four.

Along with this, he has also become the third youngest Indian cricketer to score a double century in Test cricket. Yashasvi Jaiswal is present at the crease after scoring 209 runs on the second day. So far, he has hit 19 fours and seven sixes in his double century innings. He has faced 285 balls in his innings so far.

With his double century, Team India has scored 383 runs after losing seven wickets on the second day. On the first day, Team India had scored 336 runs for six wickets. Till the end of the game, Yashasvi Jaiswal was unbeaten on 179 and Ravichandran Ashwin was unbeaten on 5 runs.
