India is set to take on Bangladesh in their upcoming match of the Asia Cup on Friday, September 15 at the iconic R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. Although Bangladesh are already out of the race to reach the final, they will compete with full commitment to keep their pride intact.

India's recent performance in the Super 4 stage against Sri Lanka took them to the final of the Asia Cup. Despite a great start from the openers, India were eventually all out for 213 runs. However, their bowlers showed amazing resilience to restrict Sri Lanka to just 172 runs. Notable contributions came from Rohit Sharma, who scored an impressive 53, Kuldeep Yadav, who took four wickets, and Jasprit Bumrah and Ravindra Jadeja who took two wickets each.

Bangladesh, on the other hand, faced a tough challenge against Sri Lanka in the Super 4 stage. Despite a valiant effort from their middle order, they fell short by 21 runs as Sri Lanka posted a strong total of 257 runs. Tauheed Hirdoy's extraordinary performance of 82 and the collective effort of Hasan Mahmood and Taskin Ahmed, who took three wickets each, were notable for Bangladesh.
