The final match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy between India and Australia is being played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Australia is in a strong position in this match. When India started playing on the third day of the game, its first blow came in the form of captain Rohit Sharma. 

The pair of Shubman Gill and Cheteshwar Pujara is currently at the crease. Gill is inching towards his half-century. The Indian batsmen took the first innings lead by 36 runs but also lost a wicket. Till the time of writing the news, India has scored 89 runs at the loss of one wicket.

Captain Rohit Sharma got out after scoring 35 runs. He was caught by Matthew Kuhneman at the hands of Marnus Labushen. Rohit has an opening partnership of 74 runs on 126 balls with Gill. Earlier, Australia was all out for 480 in the first innings.
