ICC rankings: Ireland batsman Harry Tector overtakes Kohli and Rohit

Ireland batsman Harry Tector has achieved such a feat, which he would hardly have thought about. This cricketer has also beaten former India captain Virat Kohli and current captain Rohim Sharma in the latest ODI rankings issued by ICC.

Harry Tector achieved his best-ever ranking by beating the top batsmen in the world. Harry Tector is now seventh in the ICC ODI rankings with 722 points. In this case, he has also left behind South African openers Quinton Kock, Steve Smith, and Jos Buttler.

Harry Tector played an inning of 140 runs in the second match during the ODI series against Bangladesh. He scored 206 runs in the series. This made Harry Tector a place in the top 10. Virat Kohli, who is performing brilliantly in IPL 16, is at 8th, Quinton de Kock at 9th, and Rohit Sharma at 10th position in the ICC ODI rankings.
