South African opener Quinton de Kock has now become the highest scoring batsman in the ICC ODI World Cup 2022. He completed his four hundred runs in this World Cup by playing a century inning of 174 runs against Bangladesh on Tuesday.

He has become the first batsman to touch the four hundred run mark so far in this World Cup. De Kock has scored the maximum of 407 runs in five matches so far. He has scored three centuries in this tournament.

He has left behind former Indian captain Virat Kohli in terms of scoring the most runs in the ICC ODI World Cup 2022. Virat Kohli has so far scored 354 runs in five matches of this World Cup. The current captain of the Indian team, Rohit Sharma, is at third place in this list. Rohit Sharma has also scored 311 runs in five matches of the tournament.
