Indian women's team captain Harmanpreet Kaur registered a world record in her name in the first T20 match played against England on Wednesday. As soon as he entered the field for the toss, she registered a big achievement in her name. This was Harmanpreet Kaur's 101st match as captain in T20 International.
She has now become the cricketer who has captained the most number of matches as a captain in women's cricket. In this matter, she left behind Meg Lanning of Australia, who has captained in 100 matches of T20 cricket. Charlotte Edwards of England has achieved this feat 93 times.
