Sam Constas was born on 2 October 2005 in New South Wales, Australia. He entered the world of cricket at the age of just 6 years and started his journey from Under-10. At that time he used to play for Kingsgrove Cricket Club. Constas scored his first century for the local team at the age of just 9 years.
After this, in 2013, he was selected in the St. George team in the New South Wales Championship. During this time he represented some other schools. Then in the training session of Cranebook School, he met former Bangladesh first class cricketer Tahmid Islam, who is also his personal batting coach.

His personal batting coach Tahmid Islam has played an important role in making Sam Constas a strong opener. He has been teaching him the art of batting since his Under-10 days. He was very impressed with Constas after meeting him at Cranebook School. After this, Tahmid Islam talked to his father and prepared a roadmap for the future. He was selected in Australia's Under-19 team this year after consistently performing well. He showed his talent by scoring a century on the England tour. After this, he played the U19 World Cup in 2024, where he scored 106 runs against WI.
