The news is that the Super-4 stage matches in the Asia Cup 2023 may be shifted from Colombo to some other city. There is a flood-like situation due to rain in Colombo at this time, in view of which matches can be held in Kandy or Dambulla city of Sri Lanka. Colombo is to have 5 matches of Asia Cup final and Super-4 stage.

The first match of the Super-4 stage in the Asia Cup is to be played in Lahore, Pakistan. After this, the remaining matches are to be held in Colombo. According to sources in the Asian Cricket Council, due to rain, matches of the Super-4 stage to be held in Colombo can be held elsewhere.
