Indian captain Rohit Sharma achieved a remarkable feat during the Asia Cup 2023 Super Four match against Sri Lanka in Colombo on Tuesday as he completed 10,000 ODI runs.

Rohit reached this important milestone by scoring 23 runs including a powerful six in his 241st innings in this format. At the age of 36, he became the sixth Indian batsman to surpass the feat, following in the footsteps of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar and former captain Sourav Ganguly. Notably, Rohit is the second fastest player to achieve this feat, with only Virat Kohli ahead of him in terms of innings played.
