Arjun Tendulkar dropped out of IPL-14 without playing, here's the reason

Arjun Tendulkar, son of great Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, has been ruled out of the Mumbai Indians team due to injury even before making his IPL debut.

According to reports, five-time champions Mumbai Indians yesterday announced that left-arm pacer Arjun Tendulkar has been ruled out of the current edition of the Indian Premier League due to injury. Mumbai Indians have replaced Punjab pacer, Simarjit Singh, in his place.

Simarjeet has been a part of the Mumbai Indians team as a net bowler and has been included in the main team. Mumbai Indians have roped in Simarjit Singh as the injured replacement for Arjun Tendulkar for the remainder of their IPL 2021 season, Mumbai Indians said in a release.

All-rounder Arjun Tendulkar was bought by Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2021 auction for his base price of 20 lakhs but did not appear in any matches.
