Former great Indian spin bowler Anil Kumble would never want to forget this day. On this day, 25 years ago i.e. on 7 February 1999, Anil Kumble had created such history, which no one will be able to forget till now or for many generations to come.

In the match played against Pakistan in Delhi, Anil Kumble created an Indian record of taking ten wickets in an innings. He took all 10 wickets in Pakistan's second innings of this match. He became only the second bowler in the world to achieve this feat. Earlier this feat was achieved by England off-spinner Jim Laker against Australia in 1956.

He took all 10 wickets in an innings of the Manchester Test. In this match, the Indian team set a target of 420 runs. After this, Pakistan's second innings collapsed for only 207 runs in front of the deadly bowler of Kumble.
