Tamil Nadu wicket-keeper batsman Jagadishan Vijay will not be seen playing for Chennai Super Kings in the next edition of IPL. This wicket-keeper batsman has been released by Chennai. Jagadish Vijay has done exceptionally well in the Vijay Harare Trophy. He has scored three consecutive centuries in this tournament.

In the Vijay Harare Trophy, Jagadishan Vijay played a blistering inning of 168 off 140 balls against Goa. He has scored 394 runs in Vijay Harare at an average of 131.33. He scored 107 against Chhattisgarh and 114 against Andhra Pradesh.


Jagadishan Vijay was a part of the Chennai Super Kings team in the IPL from the year 2020. Dhoni's captaincy team bought Vijay for Rs 20 lakh.
