IND vs SL: This happened for the first time in the history of ODI cricket, this world record was registered in the name of India

After centuries of Virat Kohli (166 not out) and Shubman Gill (110), India defeated Sri Lanka by a huge margin of 317 runs in the third and last ODI played in Thiruvananthapuram based on the deadly bowling of Mohammad Siraj (4 wickets). 

This is the biggest win of any team in ODI cricket. Not only this, the Indian team has become the first team in the world, which has defeated any team by more than 300 runs in ODI cricket. Earlier, the world record for the biggest win by runs in one-day cricket was recorded in the name of New Zealand, who defeated Ireland by a margin of 290 runs.

With this, Team India made a great start to the year 2023 by winning the three-match ODI series 3-0. Virat Kohli scored an unbeaten 166 off 110 balls and Shubman Gill played a stormy inning of 116 off 97 balls.
