Cricket Update : Umran's pace showed havoc in ODIs as well

Umran Malik has become the fastest Indian bowler in ODIs. In the match against Sri Lanka, he bowled at a speed of 155 km per hour. Umran broke Javagal Srinath's 24-year-old record.
Srinath bowled the 1999 World Cup at a speed of 154.5 kmph. Umran had earlier become the fastest Indian bowler in T20.
He bowled at a speed of 156 kmph in the T20 series against Sri Lanka. He has also bowled at a speed of 157 kmph in IPL. Umran Malik is the fastest bowler in IPL as well.
