Zomato launches its UPI service, there will be no need to redirect to another app for payment!

Zomato has become the first online food and grocery delivery app in India to offer UPI service to its users. Zomato has partnered with ICICI Bank to provide UPI service. With this, Zomato has gone live as a third-party application provider for Unified Payments Interface for its users.

Zomato users can sign up to create a new UPI ID on the app. This means they can make UPI payments while staying on the Zomato app and need not redirect to other UPI apps like Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm to make the payment.

Activate Zomato UPI like this

Open the Zomato app on your device.

Click on the profile section of your Zomato account.

Scroll down until you find the option for Zomato UPI.

Click on Activate Zomato UPI.

Select the Zomato UPI ID of your choice.

-Choose your mobile number.

Link your bank account with your mobile number.

Making payments on Zomato made easy

With the launch of Zomato UPI, you can now easily pay your food bills through your Zomato UPI. This will eliminate the need for additional steps or switching between different payment apps. This will make the payment process easier for Zomato users.
