  1. Tadasana (Mountain Pose): Tadasana is a foundational pose that helps improve posture, balance, and body awareness. To practice Tadasana, stand tall with your feet together or hip-width apart. Keep your spine straight, shoulders relaxed, and arms by your sides. Ground your feet into the floor, engage your leg muscles, and lengthen your spine. Take deep breaths, relax your facial muscles, and focus on creating a sense of stability and alignment in your body. Tadasana helps strengthen the legs, improves posture, and promotes a sense of grounding.

  2. Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose): Virabhadrasana, or Warrior Pose, is a dynamic standing pose that helps build strength, stamina, and balance. Start by standing with your feet wide apart, turn your right foot outwards, and bend your right knee while keeping your left leg straight. Raise your arms parallel to the floor, with your gaze focused forward. Sink into the lunge, ensuring your right knee is directly above your ankle and your left leg is fully extended. Repeat on the other side. Virabhadrasana strengthens the legs, opens the hips and chest, and cultivates inner strength and resilience.

  3. Savasana (Corpse Pose): Savasana is a restorative pose that promotes deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Lie down on your back, legs extended, and arms by your sides. Close your eyes and allow your body to completely relax into the floor. Focus on your breath, allowing it to be natural and effortless. Release any tension or stress in your body and surrender to the present moment. Savasana helps reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue while promoting deep rest and relaxation.
