Anjaneyasana is believed to be inspired by the posture of Lord Hanuman. Doing this asana helps in burning fat along with improving body flexibility and digestion. Besides, metabolism also remains fine. To do this asana, first of all, stand straight. Then without bending or bending the knees, place both hands on the floor between the legs. Now take the right leg forward and bend it at the knee. Take the left leg back and bend the knee. Raise both hands upwards, join the hands and bend the waist backwards as much as possible. After remaining in this position for a few seconds, come back to the previous position.
