Working women should follow this one-day diet plan, know from the experts.
From home to office, women are busy completing every task in a perfect manner. But when it comes to their own health, they become careless. Especially, women who do jobs need to take more care of their diet and fitness. Due to not taking the right diet, women start facing many problems like weakness and fatigue.
Priya Paliwal, Chief Dietician at Shri Balaji Action Medical Institute, Delhi, says that if you are a working woman, then it is very important to make a diet plan that will keep you healthy. The expert has told about a one-day diet plan for working women.
Eat these things for breakfast
Experts say that women should have their breakfast between 8 and 10 in the morning. For breakfast, you can have 2 boiled eggs or omelet, 2 slices of brown bread or oats paratha, 1 cup of milk and apple-banana juice. After breakfast, between 11 and 12 in the morning, you can eat apples, banana, grapes or some peanuts or almonds.
Include these things in your lunch
Schedule lunch at around 1 pm. For lunch, you can eat some rice, 4-5 rotis, 1 bowl of mixed veg, curd, salad. Include light snacks in the evening. You can eat nuts with a cup of tea or coffee.
Take care of dinner
Experts say that you should have your dinner between 8 and 9 pm. You can keep your dinner a little light. You can eat rice with moong or arhar dal. If you want, you can also include only khichdi in your diet. Do not forget to drink a glass of milk with nutmeg half an hour after eating. Drinking milk with nutmeg helps in getting good sleep and reduces the effect of stress.
Dietician Priya Paliwal says that you should exercise for about half an hour every morning. This speeds up the metabolism, which prevents problems in digesting food. Fat is also burnt by working out.
