For that, take a bowl, and add turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, coriander powder, Kashmiri chili powder, and ginger garlic paste. Add some water and mix everything well. Add the chicken pieces and coat them well with the mixture. Now heat ghee in a pan, add chicken, and cook till it turns golden. Add ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ground ginger, and red chili powder. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan. Add chopped tomatoes to the same masala and cook till the tomatoes melt. Add 1/2 cup water. Boil for about 2-3 minutes. Add cashew paste and raisin paste. Now add chicken and cover and keep aside for 10-15 minutes. Your chicken curry is ready! You can eat it with roti and rice.
