Necessary ingredients

- Wheat flour

- Paneer

- Salt

- Capsicum

- Oil

- Carrot

- Ginger

- Green chili

- Black pepper powder

Sieve the wheat flour in a bowl and then add salt inside it and knead the flour well. You have to knead it once again by applying oil to the dough and after that keep, it covered for 15 minutes. Chop all the vegetables and mash the paneer well. Then take a pan to make stuffing and put oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, put all the vegetables in it. After this add spices to it and fry on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Then put paneer in it. After 1 minute of adding paneer, turn off the gas and keep the mixture to cool.

Now prepare the dough by giving it the shape of your choice and filling it with stuffing. If you have an idli mold, put water in it and keep it for boiling. Grease all the grooves of the idli. Put one momo inside it and cook on a medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes. After this momos will be ready.
