Our grandparents used to tell us this. Sleeping early at night and getting up early in the morning also has a unique general significance in Ayurveda. Even in Vastu Shastra, sleeping for a long time has been said to be injurious to health. Moreover, in Vastu Shastra, in which direction one should sleep, some rules have also been given for this. Let us know what are these rules.

In which direction should the head be while sleeping?

From Puranas to astrology, it has been said that it is very important to take care of the direction while sleeping. Always sleep with your head towards the east or south. It increases wealth and age. Also, one should never sleep facing the west and north direction. Because it is said that by doing so there is a possibility of increasing the disease.

What should be the right time to sleep?

One should sleep three hours after sunset i.e. about three hours. While sleeping, your head should be at least three hands away from the wall. Sleeping in the evening is also not considered auspicious. Also, it is not good for your health.

What mistakes should be avoided while sleeping?

Many people have a habit of sleeping on a sofa or chair. This is not good both from the point of view of health and Vastu. Eating while sitting on the bed is also considered inauspicious.

What things should be kept in mind as soon as you wake up in the morning?

When you get out of bed in the morning, you should get up from the right side and leave the bed. Getting up suddenly from bed puts pressure on the heart, which increases the risk of a heart attack. According to the scriptures, after getting up early in the morning, one should bow down and touch the earth, then the feet should be kept on the ground. This rule of science is also based on the same principle of science.
