Union Public Service Commission has started the UPSC CMS Exam 2024 registration process on April 10, 2024. Candidates who want to apply for the Combined Medical Services Examination 2024 can find the direct link on the official website of UPSC, upsc.gov.in.

The registration process will end on April 30, 2024. The correction window will open on May 1 and close on May 7, 2024. If a candidate wishes to make any changes in his/her OTR profile during this period, he/she should log in to the OTR platform and take the necessary actions accordingly.

This recruitment drive will fill 827 posts in the organization. Read below for eligibility, selection process and other details.

Vacancy details

Medical Officer Grade in General Duty Medical Officer Sub-Cadre of Central Health Services: 163 posts

Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in Railways: 450 posts

General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council: 14 posts

General Duty Medical Officer Grade in Delhi Municipal Corporation: II: 200 posts

Eligibility Criteria

To enter the examination, a candidate must have a final M.B.B.S. and pass the written and practical part of the exam. examination. For this examination, the age of the candidate should not be 32 years as of August 1, 2024, i.e. the candidate should not be born before August 2, 1992.

Application fee

Candidates have to pay the fee of Rs 200/- either in cash in any branch of SBI or by using the net banking facility of any bank or by using Visa/Master/Rupay Credit/Debit Card/UPI payment. Women/SC/ST/PWBD candidates are exempted from payment of fees.

Applicants who opt for the “Pay by cash” mode should print the pay-in-slip generated by the system during Part-II registration and deposit the fee at the SBI branch counter on the next working day only. The “Pay by cash” mode option will be deactivated at 23.59 hrs on April 29, 2024, i.e. one day before the expiry date. For more related details candidates can visit the official website of UPSC.
