In such a situation, today we have also brought for you such a recipe which is going to be liked by you. In this episode, we have brought you the recipe for making Matka Malai Kulfi.

Ingredients

Milk - 4 cups

Cream - 1 cup

Condensed milk - 1 cup

Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

Mix dry fruits - 50 grams 

Saffron - 10 threads

Method

First of all, you have to soak saffron in 1 spoonful of milk. After this, keep the milk in a large vessel on medium heat. Keep stirring by adding cream to it. After this add condensed milk and keep stirring. Now you have to add saffron, cardamom powder, and dry fruits to it. After mixing, it has to be cooked while stirring continuously till the milk remains one-third. Now let it cool down. When the mixture cools down, fill small pots and leave them in the fridge to set overnight. After this serve it.
