Agrasen Ki Baoli is a historical monument located on Hailey Road in New Delhi which has been declared a protected monument under the Remains Act, 1958 by the Archaeological Survey Department. It is divided into three parts. The lowest part is filled with black water. It is said that many people had sacrificed their lives by jumping into this water due to the influence of ghostly powers.
