Agrasen Ki Baoli is a historical monument located on Hailey Road in New Delhi which has been declared a protected monument under the Remains Act, 1958 by the Archaeological Survey Department. It is divided into three parts. The lowest part is filled with black water. It is said that many people had sacrificed their lives by jumping into this water due to the influence of ghostly powers.

People used to get hypnotized and commit suicide after seeing this water. For this reason, no one is allowed to visit Janaki in Agrasen's Baoli after sunset. Tourists can visit here only from 7 am to 6 pm. You must see it once.
