Chili Cabbage

It is an Indo-Chinese dish. Chili cabbage can be made in both dry and gravy ways. It is also easy to make.

Ingredients to make Chili Cabbage:

Cabbage, Corn Flour, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic, Chopped Onion, Green Chillies, Soy Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Vinegar, Red Chili Powder.

Recipe for making Chili Cabbage

Step 1- Put salt in a pan and boil water. Then put cabbage in boiled water and let it soak.

Step 2- After some time take out the cabbage. In a bowl add cornflour, salt, pepper and cabbage and mix well.

Step 3- Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cabbage.

Step 4- Heat some oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and fry it. Then add onion, green chili, soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, salt and whole black pepper and fry.

Step 5- Now add the pre-fried cabbage to it and mix it well. Mix a little cornflour in a cup of water from above and cook it in a pan.

Your chili cabbage is ready. Serve hot.

Ingredients for making Masala Aloo Gobhi Sabzi

One cabbage flower, potato, tomato, ginger, green chili, green coriander, oil, cumin, asafoetida, turmeric powder, big cardamom, clove, cinnamon, black pepper, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, kasoori fenugreek salt.

Step 1 - Cut the cabbage into pieces and wash them well. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces and wash them.

Step 2 - Now grind ginger, tomato, green chili.

Step 3- Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes till it becomes light brown. Then take out and fry the cabbage in the same way.

Step 4- Now remove excess oil from this pan and fry asafoetida, cumin seeds in it. Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, green chili and coarsely crushed garam masala and kasoori fenugreek and fry it.

Step 5- After this add tomato, ginger, green chili paste and add red chili powder and fry. When the masala starts to float on the oil, add a cup of water, salt and garam masala and let it come to a boil.

Step 6- Then add fried potatoes, cauliflower and chopped coriander leaves and cook covered on low flame for some time. Your aloo gobi curry is ready.
