Red Carrot, French Beans, Bell Pepper, Broccoli, Beetroot, Green Zucchini, Biryani Rice, Onion, Curd, Salt, Mint, Desi Ghee, Cashew Paste, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Green Chilli Powder, Cardamom Powder, Kevda Pani, saffron water, green chili, garam masala, oil


How to make Satrangi Biryani

Step 1- To make Satrangi Biryani, first cut all the vegetables into pieces and keep them aside.

Step 2- Now cook the rice to about 80 percent.

Step 3- Put vegetables in a vessel. Add turmeric powder, curd, cashew paste, chili powder, kewra water, saffron water, mint leaves, onion and mix well.

Step 4- Mix all the cooked rice, desi ghee, and garam masala powder in it.
