To make Paneer Sabzi with Curd Gravy, first wrap the paneer in Kashmiri red chili, turmeric, and salt. Now heat a griddle pan and pour oil on it. Put the pieces of paneer wrapped in spices on this pan and fry for some time. Until the paneer turns light golden. Now beat curd in a vessel and mix coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili, garam masala, and cashew paste in it.


If you want, you can make it thicker by adding gram flour or flour to the curd batter. Now heat a pan and add oil. Now add dry red chilies, cardamom, cloves, and cumin seeds and crackle it. Then add finely chopped ginger and green chili and fry it. Now put curd paste in this oil and stir it. Keep running it continuously. So that the curd does not burst.

Now add cheese to this curd paste and cook for four to five minutes. If you want, you can thin the gravy by adding a little water to it. When it is cooked, add salt as per taste and kasoori fenugreek and switch off the gas. Serve it with roti or rice for lunch or dinner.
