Ingredients for Spinach Dumplings
Spinach, gram flour, chopped green chilies, red chili powder, carom seeds, oil, and salt

Palak Pakodas Recipe
Step 1- Make a little thick batter by adding water to the gram flour and keep it covered for 15 minutes.

Step 2- Till then wash the spinach leaves well and chop them finely. Mix it with other ingredients in the gram flour batter.

Step 3- Heat the oil in a pan, dissolve the pakoras and add them. Fry till golden brown and then take out in a paper napkin. This will separate the excess oil.
Spinach pakodas are ready.

Ingredients for Green Fenugreek Pakoda
Gram flour, turmeric, chili powder, carom seeds, asafoetida, finely chopped onion, chopped green chilies, soda, lemon juice, coriander leaves, salt, water, oil

Recipe for making green fenugreek dumplings
Step 1- Wash and finely chop the fenugreek. Now mix gram flour, onion, green chili, green coriander, lemon, and other spices and mix it in water. Make sure the batter is thick, it will make the pakoras crispy.

Step 2- Heat oil in a pan, add the batter of pakoras and fry on medium flame till golden brown.

Serve hot with tea and sauce.

Green Onion, Gram Flour, Rice Flour, Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric, Oil, Salt

Green Onion Pakoda recipe
Step 1- To make green onion pakoras, mix gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, finely chopped mint leaves, chopped green chilies, finely chopped green onions, and salt in a bowl and dissolve it in water. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2- Heat oil in a pan till then add the batter of pakodas and fry till golden brown. Squeeze out the oil.

Your onion pakodas are ready. Serve with chutney.

Cauliflower, Besan, Rice Flour, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Oil

Step 1- Cut the cauliflower into pieces, wash them well and boil them in water. When the cabbage becomes soft, switch off the gas.

Step 2- In a bowl, mix gram flour, rice flour, turmeric, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala, coriander powder and mix it well by adding water little by little.

Step 3- Now heat oil in a pan. Dip the cabbage in the batter of gram flour, put it in hot oil, and fry it on medium heat till it becomes golden.
