Ingredients for Beetroot Cutlet
Beetroot, Onion, Boiled Potato, Corn Flour, Maida, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric, Ginger, Salt, Bread Crumbs, Oil, Coriander Leaves, Amchur Powder- 1/2 tsp, Chaat Masala.

Step 1- Wash and peel the beetroot and then grate it and squeeze the juice and keep it aside.

Step 2- Now mix two cups of grated beetroot in a boiled potato and mash it.

Step 3- Add finely chopped onion, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, mango powder, ginger and garlic paste, and salt to this mixture and mix it well.

Step 4- When the moisture does not start decreasing from the beetroot, then add bread crumbs to this mixture and knead it like a dough.

Step 5- Mix two spoons of cornflour and one spoon of all-purpose flour. Add salt, chili to it and prepare a solution by adding water.

Step 6- Now make small balls of the beet mixture and give it the shape of a Tikki.

Step 7- Dip the tikkis in the mixture of corn and flour. Then mix it with bread crumbs and cover the tikkis from both sides.

Step 8- Heat oil in a pan and fry beet tikkis in it. When crispy take it out from the pan.
