Chopped cheese, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri red chili powder, dry parsley, oregano, black pepper, salt to taste, turmeric powder, baking soda, breadcrumbs.

Step 1- To make Paneer Popcorn, first take out the paneer cubes in a deep vessel. Add Kashmiri red chili powder, dry parsley, carom seeds, black pepper powder and salt to it.

Step 2- Now mix these spices well in the paneer so that the spices get wrapped in the paneer. Keep in mind that mix the paneer with light hands or else the paneer may break.

Step 3- Then take out the gram flour in another bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder and baking soda and mix it.

Step 4- Prepare a thick batter of gram flour by adding water. Mix the gram flour well in the water till it becomes smooth so that no lumps remain in it.

Step 5- Now dip the paneer cubes in the gram flour batter. Paneer should be completely covered with besan.

Step 6- Then place the coated paneer in the breadcrumbs and fry till golden brown.
