IAS officer Govind Jaiswal did his early education at a government school located in Usmanpura.

A film is also being made on the struggle of IAS officer Govind Jaiswal. Govind Jaiswal did his graduation in Mathematics from Harishchandra University, Varanasi.

Govind Jaiswal became IAS on his first attempt itself. He had secured 48th rank.

Presently he is posted as Director in Health and Family Welfare Department.
