These ingredients are needed to make laddu
To make fenugreek laddus, take approximately 100 grams of fenugreek seeds. Along with this, you will need half a liter of milk, 100 grams of gum, at least 150 grams of sesame seeds, approximately 300 grams of wheat flour, jaggery equal to the flour, 2 teaspoons of dry ginger powder, a teaspoon of nutmeg powder, Desi ghee, and a teaspoon of black pepper powder, 20 to 25 almonds, half a teaspoon of cardamom powder.
Do this preparation before making laddu
First, dry roast the fenugreek seeds and then after cooling it, grind it and make a powder. Now soak it in boiled hot milk and leave it for at least four to five hours.
Recipe for making fenugreek-sesame laddu
Roast and crush the white sesame seeds. Roast the gum in hot ghee or mustard oil and then crush it. After this, mix black pepper, nutmeg, cardamom, dry ginger. Cut the almonds into small pieces. Now take a heavy bottom pan and put fenugreek soaked in milk in it. Cook it on medium flame while stirring it till it becomes light brown. Now fry the wheat flour in desi ghee on very low flame while stirring it. When the flour starts becoming light brown and the aroma starts coming, turn off the gas and take it out in a big plate. After this, add jaggery in the pan and melt it. When all the lumps of jaggery melt, mix all the things including the flour and apply desi ghee on your hands and keep making laddus. After some time your laddus will set well. This laddu can be eaten daily.
