Problem of cold and cough: 

The reason for the lack of wind in this season is the polluted particles dissolved in the air, which go inside the body when inhaled. These cause cough and cold. 

Start gargling.

If you are suffering from a cough and cold after a change in weather, then start gargling with salt water. This will provide relief from the cough.  

Avoid going out

Doctor Jugal Kishore says that in this season, go out of the house only when necessary, because there is a lot of air pollution in the open, which can make you sick. 

Make changes in your diet.

Do not eat things with cold effects in the changing weather. You should also avoid eating outside food because outside food is kept in the open, which can cause harm.  

Drink only hot water in this season. Avoid cold water, hot water can control many types of allergies. Give warm water and avoid walking in the evening. This is because the level of pollution increases in the evening. 

Hydrate the body

It is important to keep the body hydrated even in mild cold weather. For this, drink at least eight glasses of water daily.
