THE CUET PG 2024 exam date announced, know how many shifts the exam will be held and when will the admit card be released!

The National Testing Agency has announced the date of the CUET PG 2024 exam. CUET PG 2024 exam will be conducted from March 11 to March 28, 2024, in CBT mode in 24 cities across India and outside India. The registration process continued till 7 February 2024. This time the National Testing Agency had also launched a new portal for registration. Let us know how many shifts the exam will be conducted.

4,62,589 candidates have registered for the CUET PG 2024 exam. The exam will be conducted for 157 subjects and this time candidates were given the option to choose a maximum of four test papers/subjects.

In how many shifts will the exam be held?

This time the examination will be conducted in three shifts. The first shift will be conducted from 9 am to 10.45 am, the second shift from 12.45 pm to 2.30 pm and the third shift from 4.30 pm to 6.15 pm. The exam time will be 105 minutes. A hall ticket has not been issued yet. NTA will soon release the admit card and exam city slip.

Let us tell you that this year a total of 4.6 lakh students have registered for the Common University Entrance Test- PG 2024. According to the data shared by the National Testing Agency (NTA), the number of female registrations last year was more than the number of male registrations. This time out of a total of 462586 registrations, 247990 female candidates and 214587 male candidates are included. Whereas in 2022, 249332 female and 209740 male candidates had registered.

In terms of state-wise registration, this time Uttar Pradesh is in first place with a total of 99,717 registrations. After this, 65,275 candidates have applied for registration from Delhi, 30,462 from Kerala, 28,181 from Bihar and 20,873 from Odisha. The examination will be conducted under the guidelines issued by NTA.
