The Bihar Board 12th exam will start tomorrow, know these things before the exam!

Bihar School Examination Board is scheduled to start the 12th board examinations for 2024 from February 1, 2024. Bihar Intermediate Board examinations will continue till February 12, 2024. The 12th board exams will be conducted in two shifts for two subjects on the same day. The first shift will be from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and the second shift will be from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm. BSEB has also issued guidelines for students to follow during the examination.

According to the date sheet released by the Bihar Board, the intermediate examinations will start on February 1 with the papers of Biology, Philosophy and Economics. After this, examinations for Mathematics, Political Science and Foundation courses will be held on 2nd February. Additionally, students will be given an additional 15 minutes to read the question paper.

Examinations will be held at 1,523 centres:

A total of 1,523 centres have been earmarked for the 12th board exam across the state. 78 examination centres have been made in Patna alone. A total of 13,04,352 students will appear in the 12th board exam this year, which includes 6,26,431 girls and 6,77,921 boys. BSEB has already released the admit cards for the Intermediate 2024 exam.

What are the exam guidelines?

Students are required to carry both their admit card and Aadhar card to the examination centres. They have to reach the examination centre 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. For the morning session starting at 9:30 am, students must reach the centre by 9:00 am, and for the afternoon session starting at 2:00 pm, candidates must reach the centre by 1:30 pm.
