This year Hariyali Teej will be celebrated on the 19th of August. During this, married women make many types of sweets. Malpua recipe is one of those sweets. Malpua not only tastes good to eat but you can also make it very easily at home. Today in this article we are going to tell you what is the Indian recipe for making Malpua Sahaj and how you can make it at home. 

How to make Malpua?

> It is very important to have milk, semolina, sugar, cream, wheat flour, cardamom powder, and finely chopped dry fruits to make Malpua. 

> Now first of all take out the semolina flour in a bowl. If you are taking two bowls of flour, then take one bowl of semolina. 

> Now take out a bowl of sugar. Now mix all three well and pour hot milk on top. 

> After the paste is ready, keep it covered for about half to 1 hour. 

> If you want to make Malpua in sugar syrup, then prepare sugar syrup separately.

> Now heat oil in a pan and fry malpua in hot oil. 

>Remember when the oil becomes very hot, add Malpua to it and fry till it becomes golden.

> Now put the Malpua in the sugar syrup and let it remain like this for 4 to 5 minutes. 

> Now take out the malpua and add finely chopped cashews and almonds on top. Your malpuas are ready.
