The fun of eating Kulfi in the summer season is something else. So what is the delay, let us know the method of making Kesar Pista Kulfi.
1/2 liter full cream milk, 1/2 cup chopped pistachios, 2 tbsp milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 10 strands saffron, 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
Pour full cream milk into a pan and let it boil, let it boil for about 25-30 minutes.
Now soak the saffron threads in 2 tbsp hot milk.
Now add sugar to the milk and mix it well, let it cook till the milk thickens.
Then add pistachios, cardamom powder, and soaked saffron milk to it. Mix everything well and let it boil again for 5 minutes.
Turn off the gas flame and let the milk cool down for some time.
When this mixture thickens well, pour it into the Kulfi molds. Freeze it for at least 4-5 hours.
Insert a wooden stick inside the kulfi mold and take out the kulfi.
Add chopped pistachios and saffron threads over it. Your Kesar Pista Kulfi is ready.
