Ingredients to make Suji Khandvi
Semolina - 1 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Ginger - 2 tbsp
Green chilli - 2
Oil for greasing – 1 tbsp
for tempering
Rai - 1/2 tbsp
Whole red chilli - 2
Green chilli - 1
Curry leaves - 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp

How to make Suji Khandvi
Grind by adding curd, ginger, green chillies, water, and 1 cup semolina. After this, filter this mixture with a sieve and keep it covered for 5 minutes. Then add cumin, chilli flakes, salt as per taste and green coriander leaves. Keep in mind that the consistency of the batter should be flowing. Now take a plate and grease it with oil. After this, pour two tablespoons of batter and spread it on a plate. After this, put water on the gas and heat it and steam the Khandvi in its steam for 2 minutes and bake.
After 2 minutes, remove the plate from the steam and when it cools down, cut it lengthwise with the help of a knife and roll each piece. Now put oil in a pan and heat it for tempering. Add mustard seeds, whole red chillies, green chillies, and curry leaves to the oil and fry them for a while. After this, put the prepared Khandvi rolls in the pan and fry them for some time.
