Consume Oats Kheer: 

If you want to eat sweet, then you can eat oats by making kheer. Oats are rich in fiber, which helps in maintaining digestion and also keeps blood sugar under control. You can make kheer by boiling oats in milk, artificial sweeteners can be used in it to make sweet oats.  

Control cravings with dark chocolate:

If you have a craving for sweet food, then you can consume dark chocolate in limited quantities. Dark chocolate contains very little sugar so that your craving for sweet food will also be controlled and your sugar level will also be controlled. 15 grams of dark chocolate contains 2 grams of sugar, along with flavonoids present in dark chocolate which keep the heart-healthy.

Control cravings with fruits:

Diabetes patients can consume fruits when they have a craving for sweet food. Natural sugars are present in fruits, which helps in reducing sugar cravings. Minerals and vitamins present in fruits nourish the body. You can eat fruits like kiwi, guava, apple, orange, and papaya in fruits. 

Consume Greek Yogurt:

If you have a craving for sweet food, eat Greek yogurt, it tastes like ice cream, you can eat it as a dessert. Calcium is present in sufficient quantity in Greek yogurt, due to which your stomach remains full for a long time.
