In winters, dishes like stuffed parathas, tahri, matar pulao are made, whose real taste comes only with chutney and raita. So today we will learn to make Bathua Raita.

Bathua leaves - 2 cups, Curd - 2 cups, Green chilies chopped - 2, Ginger grated - 1/2, Black salt - 1/2 tsp, Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp, Black pepper - 1/4 tsp, oil - 1/2 tsp
To make bathua raita, separate its leaves, wash, and cut them.
Heat oil in a pan, cook it till the bathua becomes soft, and then cool it down.
After cooling, grind them.
Now mix curd, green chili, ginger, black salt, cumin powder, and black pepper powder in a bowl. After all, bathua is ground.
Add salt as per taste.
Bathua raita is ready, which you can serve with stuffed paratha, tahri, or pulao with whomever you want.
