When gas starts forming in the stomach, it does not remain only in the stomach but it enters the entire system and disrupts the energy of the body. Therefore, if you do not allow gas to form in your body, then this can be the best way to make yourself energetic. For this, Sadhguru advises not to eat 3 things. Stop eating these 3 things

1. Root vegetables- Sadhguru says that if you want to always remain full of energy, then stop eating root vegetables. Such as radish, carrot, turnip etc. This does not mean that these vegetables are not good but they have zero pranic. These are tamas vegetables. This creates inertia in the body. You feel lazy. Students and sadhaks should not eat these vegetables at all because they bring sleep and laziness. As soon as you open the book after eating these vegetables, you will fall asleep. You will start feeling tired and lazy.

2. Dairy products- Sadhguru says that milk or milk products will fill your body with laziness. These things cause inertia in the body. The biggest reason for this is that dairy products contain a special substance that sticks to the rectum. These things are artificially extracted and used to stick clothes. It is not soluble in water. Therefore, when it sticks to the rectum, it produces a lot of gas. In such a situation, the stool which should easily come out of the system is not able to come out. Eating it reduces the alertness of the body and mind. If you eat curd-rice, you will start feeling sleepy within a short time. In such a situation, you will feel lazy and tired in the body. You will not feel energetic.

3. Meat- Sadhguru says that it has been scientifically proven that if you eat raw meat, it takes 70 to 72 hours to pass through your system. Cooked meat takes 50 to 54 hours to get out of the system. But if you eat cooked vegetarian food, it takes 24 to 30 hours to get out of the system. If you eat raw vegetarian food, it takes 12 to 15 hours to get out of the system. Whereas if you eat a fruit, it takes only 1.5 to 3 hours to get out of the system. Because if the food stays in your food pipe for a long time, it will form gas and it will bring inertia in your entire system. The gas in the stomach will work against your Prana Vayu in the entire system. Due to this, the ability to breathe, think and smell will decrease over time and you will lose enthusiasm. Sadhguru says that eat pure food. The more vegetarian food you eat and self-cooked food you eat, the more beneficial it will be. Eat whole food after lightly cooking it. Whatever you cook, eat it within an hour. Eat things prepared in a particular way within 4 hours. Do not eat cooked food after this. This will affect the process of breathing and thinking.
