SSC has announced recruitment for 968 JE posts, Engineer Diploma candidates should apply!

Staff Selection Commission has started the process for applications for the Junior Engineer Exam 2024. Candidates can apply till 18 April 2024 before 11 pm. The application process started on March 28. After applying, candidates can make corrections in their application form from April 2 to April 23. For this, you will have to go to the official website ssc.gov.in.

A total of 968 vacant posts of JE will be filled under the Junior Engineer examination. Recruitment for vacant posts of JE will be done in many central departments including Border Roads Organization, and Military Engineer Services.

Who can apply?

To apply for Junior Engineer posts, candidates must have an engineering diploma in the relevant subject. The age of the candidate should not be more than 30 years. OBC candidates have been given three years relaxation and SC and ST category applicants have been given 5 years relaxation in the maximum age limit.

Application fee?

General category candidates will have to deposit an application fee of Rs 100. Whereas the fee is free for SC, ST and disabled category applicants.
