To make soya chaap curry, 250 grams soya chaap, 3 tomatoes, 1-inch ginger piece, 1 green chili, 100 grams cream, 3-4 teaspoon oil, 1 pinch asafoetida, ¼ teaspoon cumin, ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, ¼ teaspoon red Take chili, ¼ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp kasoori fenugreek, a little cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, cloves, chopped coriander, and salt as per taste.

To make soya chap curry for dinner, cut the soya chap into one-and-a-half-inch size. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the soya chaap and take it out after it turns light brown. After this, grind tomatoes, green chilies, and ginger and make a paste. Now heat oil in a pan and apply to temper of cumin and asafoetida.

After this add turmeric powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi, hot spices, black pepper, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon in the pan and roast till it becomes golden. Now put tomato paste in this mixture and mix it well. When tomatoes start releasing oil, add garam masala and cream and wait for it to boil.
