Soha Ali Khan: Soha Ali Khan reveals the real reason behind keeping her distance from the industry for six years

After being away from acting for almost six years, actress Soha Ali Khan is now making a comeback in the audience with the web series 'Kaun Banega Shikharvati'. In an interview with PTI, the actress says that now I want to return to the acting world. I realized that at this point in time I can play both a mother and an actor.

There was happiness because of this when the lockdown was imposed
The actress adds, "Often people ask me why I don't go out? Why don't I work? Why don't I write another book? But when the lockdown happened, I was very happy. Because I have to see all these people. Wasn't able to answer. Though after some time slowly things started reopening. But then I got an offer for this show (Kaun Banega Shikharvati). That too when corona was on peak. But we are a bio bubble in Rajasthan. Managed to make it and shoot there."

I am ready now - Soha
Soha says that I am well aware that acting is a "time-consuming profession". For this, one would have to stay away from home for 12-14 hours, but now I can give that time.

Why did you take a break?
Kunal is shooting round the clock. In such a situation, it was necessary to stay with one of the parents along with the child. So I turned down many offers. Because at that time my daughter needed me. But now she is becoming independent. So I felt that I can focus on my career at this time.
