1. People who are very obese are at a higher risk, than people with a BMI 25 or more.

2. People who do not do physical activities regularly.

3. High cholesterol level.

4. High blood pressure level.

5. Eating too much salt and unhealthy things

6. High blood sugar.

7. Taking too much stress

8. Tobacco or smoking.

9. Family history of heart disease, stroke or heart attack.

How to prevent a silent heart attack

Do regular physical activities,

get enough sleep,

stay away from smoking. 

Do not drink alcohol, 

have a healthy-balanced diet, eat more green vegetables,

avoid red meat and fast food,

manage stress.
