In winter, if you get tikkis, pakodas, cutlets with evening tea, then you can enjoy it. So today we are going to share with you a healthy tikki which you will like very much.

Corn - 2 cups, Oil - 1 tsp, Green chilies finely chopped - 1/2, Cabbage - 1/2 cup, Ginger grated - 1 tbsp, Salt - as per taste, Black pepper as per taste, Besan - 1/4 cup, Paneer grated Kia - 1 cup, Cornflakes mashed by hand - 1/2 cup, Lemon juice - 1/2, Coriander leaves finely chopped - 2 tbsp
Grind the corn in a mixer. Don't grind too much. To grind coarsely.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add ginger, green chilies, and fry it. After this add cabbage, capsicum and cook for 2 more minutes.
Now add coarsely ground corn, salt, gram flour, black pepper and mix it. Cook till the rawness of besan goes away.
Let the mixture cool down well.
Put the mixture in a bowl and add grated paneer, 1/4 cup corn flakes, lemon juice, and coriander leaves to it. If the mixture is sticking to the hands too much, then mix a little more corn.
Now fry them in oil till they become golden.
