Who doesn't like Kachori? Everyone enjoys different types of kachori, like dal kachori and sattu kachori. However, it takes a lot of hard work to make them and flour and flour are also used. In such a situation, we have brought you the recipe to make Kachori without any hassle. To make this, you just have to prepare a few things and then make Bread Kachori easily. Ingredients required to make Bread Kachori:

White urad dal

Cumin, fennel, coriander seeds and black pepper

Onion and green chilli

Coriander leaves

Ginger and garlic

Boiled potatoes

Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder

Salt

Dry mango powder or lemon juice

Bread

Water

Oil

How to make Bread Kachori:

-To make Bread Kachori, soak white urad dal.

Then chop onion, green chilli, green coriander and garlic.

Boil 2 potatoes and keep them aside.

Now grind cumin, fennel, coriander and black pepper coarsely.

-Take a pan and heat oil in it.

- Add coarse powder of cumin, fennel and black pepper in oil. Then add ginger and garlic.

-Then add chopped green chillies to it.

-Mash boiled urad dal and potatoes and put them in the pan.

Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.

-Spray some water cover and cook on steam.

-Add salt and dry mango powder. If not available, add lemon juice.

-Mix everything well.

Later turn off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves.

Finally, you have to take two slices of bread, apply water on them and press them gently. Now place a spoonful of stuffing between the two bread slices and press them together. When they stick together, cut the bread into round shapes with the help of a bowl. Then seal the edges by applying water. When it is sealed from both sides, heat oil in a pan and fry the bread until it turns golden brown. In this way your Bread Kachori is ready. You can enjoy them with sweet or spicy chutney.
