RECIPE: Will keep licking fingers when you eat such a delicious vegetable of 'Green Onion and Besan'
Green onion vegetable is not liked by some people because after making it becomes watery, so today we have brought such a vegetable which is both tasty and dry.
For how many people : 3
Green onions chopped - 3 cups, Besan - 1/2 cup, Green chilies chopped - 1, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp, Red chili powder - 1 tsp, Mustard/mustard - 1 tsp, Asafoetida - 1 pinch, Oil - 2 tsp, salt - as per taste
- Wash the green onion and cut the white part separately and cut the green part separately.
- Lightly fry the besan in a nonstick pan. Do not fry too much or else the taste will change.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds to it and temper it.
- Along with this, add asafoetida and green chilies to it.
- After this, put the white part of the onion in it and cook till it becomes light transparent.
- After this, add the green part of the onion to it. As well as salt.
- Simultaneously add turmeric powder, red chili, and gram flour.
- If the vegetable is looking very dry, then sprinkle a little water on top.
- In a short time, the gram flour and onion will be mixed well. Keep stirring the vegetable continuously or else it may burn.
- Besan, green onion flavored vegetable is ready.
