Recipe: Tomato launji will increase the taste of food, prepare it like this in minutes!


Many of us love to relish the taste of parathas. But the taste of these parathas is enhanced by the chutney or sauce eaten with it. In such a situation, today we have brought you the recipe for making Tomato Launji. Let's know about its recipe.

Necessary ingredients

Tomato - 6

Cumin - 1/2 tsp

Sugar/Jaggery - 3 tbsp

Red chili powder - 1 tsp

Desi ghee - 2 tbsp

Salt - as per taste



To make Tomato Launji, first, take the tomatoes, wash them and clean them with a cloth. After this cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Then take a pan and put it on medium flame to heat it on the gas. When the pan is hot, add 2 tbsp ghee. After the ghee melts, add half a teaspoon of cumin seeds. When cumin starts crackling, add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, sugar, or jaggery to it. After this, add salt as per taste inside it.

Now let this mixture cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes. Keep stirring the launji in between using a ladle. When the tomatoes get cooked well and the launji starts to look a bit thick, then turn off the gas. Your delicious tomato launji is ready. Consume it with paratha.
