  • Gram flour 200 grams

Method:

Sieve the gram flour in a big bowl, then add carom seeds to the gram flour, mix it, add turmeric, a little oil and a pinch of baking soda and mix everything well. After this, take lukewarm water and knead the gram flour by adding it little by little. After this, prepare balls and cover them with a cotton cloth. Take a ball and roll it into a long ball instead of a round one. Now put oil in a pan, heat it and put the rolled puffs and deep fry them. Your fafda is ready.
